After getting a total of four quotes (from Rheem, Lennox, American Standard and your company), I ended up choosing to go with your company. I wanted to take a minute and let you know that this decision was not based solely upon brand or price. In fact, your quote was the highest I received. The final decision was made on the service I received from Bobby.
His professionalism, willingness to work around my hectic schedule, attention to detail, and the degree to which he explained everything to me was the one thing that stood out from any other company.
