    I recently had A/C issues that required the purchase of a new HVAC system. A search of companies near my home (in Little Hocking, OH) resulted in your company as well as several others. I was able to speak to your salesman, Bobby Strong and he was able to come out that same day to give me a quote on a new system. After getting a total of four quotes (from Rheem, Lennox, American Standard and your company), I ended up choosing to go with your company. I wanted to take a minute and let you know that this decision was not based solely upon brand or price. In fact, your quote was the highest I received. The final decision was made on the service I received from Bobby.

    His professionalism, willingness to work around my hectic schedule, attention to detail, and the degree to which he explained everything to me was the one thing that stood out from any other company. He provided me a variety of quotes and explained the financing options and timelines for installation, which far exceeded the other company’s representatives.

    I recently remarked that customer service isn’t what is used to be and that people have little concern for taking care of a customer and maintaining a good reputation. But I feel that Bobby still has this principal at heart, and I hope that is a direct result of the standards your business maintains. Often times it is easy to complain when something goes wrong or isn’t up to our standards, but we rarely take time to thank someone and let them know that their efforts aren’t going unnoticed.     Eddie Place, Mountaineer Mechanical’s owner and Bobby Strong, General Manager, came by our Condo to talk with me about a commercial they were about to create. While they were here, I asked Eddie to check the Bryant unit that was in the condo when we bought it. He found it was rusting out in many areas and not doing the job it should. In fact it was dripping water into the basement garage. In less than an hour I signed a zero percent interest contract a a Trane unit twice the size of the Bryant had been purchased. Bobby set and installation date. On that date Bobby Strong and his crew removed the old unit and installed the Trane .. all in one day. In fact it was 7:36 that evening when Bobby finished. We turned it on and we have never been happier. Evidently the condo builders installed these cheap units when they built the condo. In the winter it takes less than 20 minutes to heat the home and about the same to cool it from 79 to 70 degrees. We sleep year round in 66 degree temperatures as it is healthier. Trane and Mountaineer Mechanical have made us happy Trane owners.
